📍 Overview


Little Chime is a kids gifting brand with a vision to create joyful, personalized experiences for modern parents. I was brought in to lead the end-to-end ecommerce setup — from store development to performance marketing — and help the brand launch fast, grow smart, and scale sustainably.


🚧 The Challenge


Little Chime was starting from zero — no online presence, no sales engine, and no brand clarity. They needed:

  • A high-converting store

  • Visual identity aligned with a playful yet premium vibe

  • A clear product and funnel strategy for launch

  • Paid marketing setup with testing frameworks


💡 My Approach


I started by deeply understanding the target audience — young, urban parents looking for thoughtful and reliable gifting options. From there:

  • Brand & Store Design:
    Designed a playful, warm interface in Figma with custom product sections and dynamic bundles to boost AOV.

  • Shopify Development:
    Built a fast, mobile-first store with custom sections for gift guides, collections, and testimonials. Integrated Shopify apps for subscriptions and reviews.

  • Conversion Funnel:
    Structured a complete funnel with upsell logic, bundled offers, and optimized checkout UX.

  • Performance Marketing Setup:
    Created cold, warm, and retargeting campaigns on Meta Ads, with an iterative creative testing approach.


📈 Results


After launch, the brand hit early traction within 30 days:

  • Revenue: Grew from ₹0 to ₹4.2Lakhs in 1 month.

  • Conversion Rate: 3.1% (↑ industry average)

  • Repeat Customers: 45% within first 90 days

  • Ad ROAS: 2.8x avg across cold + warm campaigns

  • Bounce Rate: ↓ 38% via UX and content optimizations

💎 Lyka Jewels – Launched in 5 Days


Project Overview:


Lyka Jewels is a gold-plated jewelry brand aimed at modern customers in both Indian and international markets. Our mission was to build a complete D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce presence that reflects elegance, trust, and style—delivered within an extremely short timeline.

Timeline: 5 Days


Scope of Work:

Brand identity and positioning

  • Full website development (responsive & optimized)

  • Product photography & image editing

  • Content creation (banners, product descriptions, policies)

  • Payment & shipping setup

  • Social media integration

  • Launch-ready marketing essentials


🚀 What We Delivered:


1. Website Development (Day 1–2):
We built a clean, fast, mobile-friendly e-commerce website using [your platform name – e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Dukan, etc.], with full product listings, filtering options, cart system, payment gateway integration, and SEO-friendly structure.

2. Product Photography (Day 2–3):
Shot and edited high-quality images for 40+ SKUs with a consistent, premium aesthetic. Each product was captured in lifestyle and studio formats to maximize appeal and customer trust.

3. Branding & Design (Day 2–3):
Created brand colors, typography, logo placements, and layouts to establish Lyka Jewels as a chic and trustworthy jewelry label. Developed home banners, social media creatives, and packaging design samples.

4. Store Content & Copy (Day 3–4):
Wrote all essential website content including:

  • Product titles and descriptions

  • Shipping, returns, and privacy policies

  • About Us and FAQs

  • Meta titles and SEO descriptions

5. E-Commerce Setup (Day 4):
Configured shipping zones, order tracking, discount setup, and customer support channels (email + WhatsApp). Integrated Instagram shop and basic analytics tools.

6. Launch & Go Live (Day 5):
Tested all user journeys from homepage to checkout. Final QA checks were completed. Soft-launched on social media with a 3-day promo campaign and influencer outreach.
